Chris grew up in metro Atlanta, and graduated from North Gwinnett High in 1999. Chris is married to Jessica, a DeKalb county teacher, and lives in Drew Valley. They have a young daughter and a son on the way. They are members of All Saints Episcopal Church.

Chris is an attorney with his own general law practice. His career has focused on providing private industry opportunities to engage and support communities in areas where the government’s inefficiency makes it unable to deliver results. Chris raised over $5 million in resources for the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta. Additionally, he helped to create the Lilburn Community Improvement District, where local property owners are given the power to control how their tax dollars are spent.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he majored in Economics and Sociology. He received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in New York.
